Commit Web Interface is available in two optional add-on modules:
1. Commit Web Interface for Employees, which enables employees, who are defined as Active Employees, to manage (view/add/edit) data stored in Commit remotely using a web browser.
2. Commit Web Interface for Customers, which enables the creation of unlimited customer web users who can use a web browser to view data which is relevant to them, such as their Ticket status and scheduled technician visits. They can also open new Tickets and update existing ones.
Commit Web Interface Package for Employees and Customers includes both modules and is available for a discounted price (see above).
Commit Web Interface modules are licensed only once per system, regardless of the number of employees/customers using it.
Commit Web Interface licenses are perpetual. This means that you pay for them only once and can use them for as long as you like. There are no recurring charges for these licenses.
