The licensing is straightforward and is based on the number of employees that you can manage in the software. Each employee requires one active employee license. Our plan levels pricing offers the flexibility to freely add or remove employees within the plan limit while keeping costs stable and affordable.
Active employee licenses are also reusable and can be reassigned to other employees. All data related to deactivated employees is preserved.
Finally, the client software can be installed on any number of PCs in your business, regardless of the number of active employees supported by your plan.

Third party plugins are licensed separately.
The software comes with a Customer Web portal feature. Using your branded portal customers to log in, view tickets related to their customer account and open new ones, add notes, review their assets, track their billing contracts, and more.
All plans allow you to manage and configure an unlimited number of Customer Portal Users for your customers.
No. You are billed on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on your plan, and you are free to cancel at any time. Please note that we do not refund any unused portion of your subscription.

No. All available plans are listed above. The plans have built in discounts, are all-inclusive, allow you to use all features and let you freely manage employees within the plan limit.
Yes. You can change your plan and upgrade or downgrade it at any time. If you are downgrading you will require to deactivate some employees to match the number supported by your new plan. Your newly selected plan will start on the day of change and will run month to month or year to year depending on the new plan billing cycle. Learn more.
Yes. The software can be configured to work with a dedicated SQL backend database. SQL is optional and it is not required in order to use the client app from multiple PCs in your local network all accessing the shared database. A license for the SQL database server, which is a 3rd party software, is not included with your software monthly or yearly plan and it may be purchased separately. Learn more & Pricing.
