Who as had a stress related illness>>??? and what have you experianced?

I've had serious burnout twice, learned how to skirt it now, and just stay on the edge of it. I've gone as far as not being able to sleep at night, heart palpatations, digestive issues, etc.

Been re-engineering the business to avoid all of that.. it's a journey, but it's working.

lol ive lostcount on how many times i had max burnout.... ive had all the above lol and its not nice... we are in a restructure process, i feel good for now...
