We recently published a new KB article which discusses different ways RangerMSP allows your customers to create their Own service tickets. The article reviews a few ways to let them do this, including:

Using RangerMSP Web Interface:
The Web Interface allows your customers to log in to the system to open their own tickets themselves. The web interface logon page can also be embedded to your own website, so, turning your website into a customer call center is easy!

Using RangerMSP Email Connector:

The email connector listens for emails on a dedicated mailbox, so that if a client sends the server an email, the server cross references the email address to the corresponding account, and opens a ticket copies the email body to the ticket description. The connector then sends the client (and optionally, you…) a response email with the new ticket number in the subject, and files all the emails in the documents folder.
