Is there a way to automatically while syncing to remove or mark inactive items in CommitCRM that have been marked as inactive in quickbooks. If we get old parts that we no longer use I don't want them to be selected by accident in CommitCRM. Sometimes these items only change slightly and we have had problems with people using the old part number in CommitCRM. This messes up counts in inventory. Thanks for help on this.

Hi Brian,

When importing Items from QuickBooks it updates the Items in RangerMSP, or create new ones in case it finds Items in QuickBooks that do not exist in RangerMSP. This process, however, doesn't change the Active/Inactive status of the items in RangerMSP. You should currently perform this manually.

In any case, the import wizard offers you the ability not to import items which are marked Inactive in QuickBooks. You can find more information about this here.
