This is great! But one question, what would be the parameter to pass the starting address set to our company's address so that driving directions are already set?

We haven't checked Google's URL formatting for this, however, in case there is one you can "fix" the values in the URL of your office (starting point) and pass the destination customer address and dynamic parameters.

Hope this helps.
