can i add more column on the ticket table?

Yes! (assuming your using RangerMSP 5.4) - right click above the Tickets table, from the menu select Table Options > Add/Remove Columns > select the column you want to add.

thanks! i saw it but the details i want to add are not included on the list.. how can i include the details i want to add?

Thanks for this. Only fields that are listed there can be added to the Tickets table display.
