Do you close appointments?

In Commit, do you close all your appointments and tasks for each ticket/account? 4 techs have left us with hundreds of appointments completed but not marked "done" in Commit, which leaves a mess on the Pending tab. Do people really use this daily or are others overlooking this also?

(anyway to massively mark them as done to get rid of them?)

We recommend using the Done option is it supports the entire Pending > History life-cycle. Unfortunately there isn't currently a way to batch Done old appointments and tasks. The easiest way would be to to to the Appointments / Tasks Lists tabs in the Calendar, filter to see only ones related to the employees that have left, and using the Done option found on the toolbar to Done the records without opening each appointment/task record.
