Quickbooks 2010 Pro Connection Error

Hi,

Just purchased QB2010 and tried to link it to CommitCRM via CommitCRM > tools > options and QB.

Getting a error:

An error occured in QB
A permission problem occured.
Message recieved from Quickbooks:
Error Code 0080040430
Message: This application is unable to log into this QB data file automatically.The QB Admin must grant permissions for an automatic login through the intergrated application pref.

I have check the QB and is has no passwords and is open to any application linking to it. I have also tried to revoke the permission and then grant it again as the error message suggests but no luck.

Please help!!!

In QuickBooks you should grant access rights to any application that integrates with it.
Run QuickBooks in a Single User mode after logging into it as Administrator and then try to connect. QuickBooks should pop a message with the connection details, grant access to RangerMSP and proceed.
