alerts server getting backed up

we are having the alerts server queueing up again. within the last 24 hours we have had 58 emails backed up in alerts server. is there somewhere we can look to see why this keeps happening? we are using stunnel with google apps and it works if we clear out the queue, and restart the service, but we cant do this every day.

Thank you for posting this. It's to tell what is causing this but in general I can say that it is most likely that the outgoing mail server stops answering the service. In any case, don't empty the queue before first trying to simply restart the service and see if it helps.

In any case, please send us your RangerMSP log files for analysis, we may be able to find some relevant reports there regarding this. For this please use the Help > Technical Support menu option in RangerMSP.
