Enhancement Suggestion

We've recently started using the Web Interface on our mobile devices. The main complaint we've had from users is that they have to type in the time (including typing in the colon) in the time from/to fields when adding a charge. A drop down in half hour increments would be a big time saver.

I would like to see the colon issue fixed up if possible, I wouldn't really want the drop down increments in 30 mins as we charge in 15 min increments and I am sure other users have different times as well.

But if you can make the field format default to time and automatically add the colons to a value entered that would be awesome.
