Quote Ship To

Hi Commit,

After entering a ship to address in a Quote. And the Quote is won and the charges is converted into the ticket.

Is it possible to see the ship to adresse from the ticket/reports or elsewhere without going in the specific quote.

I seems to have problem with using the ship to adress in e-mail templates and in ticket-reports

The ship to address is part of the Quote and is included with any Quote report/PDF you have.
You can also open the Quote directly from the Ticket Window.
