Answer

Simply select the Ticket in the Tickets window and then go to Tickets > Tools > Move Ticket to Another Account and select the appropriate options in the popup form.

Alternatively from the General tab for a Ticket click the magnifying glass icon in the Account field. Or right-click on any Ticket in the list and select Move Ticket to another Account
