What software do you use that customers can sign on site on an ipad or surface

Hi all,

I am wanting to create a form that a customer can sign after work has been carried out on site. I could print out a form but I want to make the form digital for storing within CRM with the ticket.

what are you using to accomplish this and does anyone have a template they can share Word or pdf?

PDF Expert is the best we have ever used on IOS. Print to PDF in CommitCRM Website, it opens up then you send it to your self via email. It stores the file right under the job number.
