We need to change the ticket association with company A to company B for proper billing and tracking. Can we do that now?

Answer

This is now indeed possible.

You can change Ticket Account using the magnifying glass button next to the Ticket Account field under the General tab or from Tickets > Tools > Move Ticket to Another Account


* A few exceptions apply, like when a Quote was added under the Ticket, and some other cases, but in most cases you can simply change the Account and you're done!
