I created a monthly MSP style contract but when I add Charges the "Used" amount for the Contract never changes from 0. Why is that?

When you are using a Contract-Price Charge these do not represent the actual work done, only the amount agreed for the Contract so they do not affect the block balance for the Contract.

For example you could create a Block of Money Contract for $1000 and then you could create one or more Contract-Price Charges which represent that $1000 combined, such as:

- Hosting ($200/month)
- 5 hours remote support ($500/month)
- 2 hours on-site support ($300/month).

These are Billable by default and so the customer will get charged $1000/month for those.

If you specifically want to see deductions from the actual block then you would have to use regular Charges for every hour of work done, or whatever else you charge them for, not Contract-Price Charges.
