Hi there, we realised that we are unable to enter more information under the Subject field when we use the "Quick Reply" button via web interface. The client will receive the email with just the ticket number and the rest of the text that were entered are gone. Is that the limitation?

With the Quick Reply option - There should not be a way to edit the Subject and the Subject should be read-only just like it is when replying from the Web interface to a specific email message. I guess that the problem you see is related to a glitch in a Web template. Nonetheless, the coming version of RangerMSP will support Subject editing.
