When I add an appointment in Outlook, how can I make it automatically sync to RangerMSP without manually initiating the sync?

You can set it to Automatically sync periodically using: Tools > Synchronize Outlook > Auto-sync. Just make sure to save the Auto-sync settings before exiting.
