The customer calls we receive on Sundays, via phone,
* are placed in CommitCRM the following Monday with the date and time on Sunday.
The fields "open" and "close" the ticket containing the date and exact time, whereas in the "History" are the same data as the date and time of insertion.

Thank you for posting this.

This is for audit purposes - the History will always show the actual date/time of when the data was entered into the system, regardless of what open/close dates were specified. History dates can't be modified as that would negate the purpose of the audit log, but you can of course always modify the open/close dates.

In the "Tickets" Account should have a list of all the tickets; instead the open ticket and then find it closed only in reports and in the History

You can filter the list by clicking More at the bottom of the window and selecting Filter by Status then you can show All or Closed or whichever you prefer.
