Is it possible in RangerMSP to set up recurring monthly invoices/charges to automatically bill customers?

I would like to automate our recurring invoices that we send for our managed services every month.

Answer

Sure! The way to implement this is to manage each recurring agreement as a separate Contract under the customer Account.

You then add Contract-Price Charges under the Contract, these represent the Contract price.

You set the Contract Start/End Dates to reflect the month, like - June 1st to June 30th.

Then, you simply renew the Contract for its next period and all Charges, that were logged as Price Charges, are automatically recreated!

You can even use the Batch Renewal Wizard that lets you renew any number of Contracts with only a few clicks.

At this stage all of the relevant Charges were created automatically for you.

Next you want to invoice - use the QuickBooks Batch Invoice Creation Wizard to generate any number of Invoices with only a few clicks!

Done!

To sum this up -
Configure the Contracts with Price Charges (once)
Then each month - Batch Renew the Contracts and then Batch Invoice to QuickBooks.
