SplashTop Business has been my prefered way to remote control to client machines.
Much like Teamviewer (but with deployment scripting).

You can create an online service to remote control into your clients machines by following the example in the screenshot:

Using the MAC Address in your assets you can remote into your customers machines.
Make sure that the MAC Address does not have any extra characters (IE: 001-222-333-444 or 001:222:333:444) Strip out the extra characters. Properly formatted
MAC Address 782BCB3835C5

Thanks for posting this it looks just what we need to integrate Splashtop with CommitCRM. Unfortunately we are unable to get this to work. Can you confirm it works for you? We have tried entering the user name and asset code in the parameters as well as your suggested MAC code but nothing works. It does launch the splashtop application, but it would be great if it could find the specific asset.
Would appreciate any help anyone is able to offer on this.
Thanks in advance,
Martin

Thank you for posting this.

We are not familiar with SplashTop in specific, and have not tried it ourselves. We have tried to research their website, however could not find anything that may hint how the Online Service should be configured. You may contact SplashTop support to learn more about the GET URL API that can be then called using RangerMSP's Online Services.
