Quickbooks/CommitCRM Accounts audit report

Has anyone looking into auditing the accounts in CommitCRM and QuickBooks to reduce duplication and maintain consistency? If this is already possible I would be very appreciative for some direction on how to do this.

I don't know of an automatic way to do it. I haven't seen too much duplication. CommitCRM is good at asking what account it should be mapped to the first time.
