Hi all,

I would like to find out what's the recommended remote support tools that you guys using it for long term cost-saving (proprietary software) and widely use by most of the IT support company and customers?

Thanks.
Stan

If you are talking about just for remote access and not an actual RMM program I would recommend ScreenConnect as well.

Thanks for the recommendation. I'm currently using TeamViewer, however the renewal cost is high. It has to renew every 12-18 months.

Teamviewer is fast and good but a bit pricy...

Thank You

ScreenConnect is very reasonably priced as is their maintenance which is not required for continued use.

i will chime in about SC as well. weve been using screen connect since LogMeIn started charging about 2 years back. we wont look elsewhere! Screen Connect is a great remote access tool. although the pricing structure has changed since being acquired by LabTech, it is still a great product.

We have used Labtech RMM for a number of years.

Their major weak point was the remote access software.

We were just on the point of buying a SC licenses when ConnectWise bought SC.

We have been using it ever since and it is excellent.
