You can now easily add a private note with an optional reminder to almost any entity in RangerMSP – Accounts, Tickets, Charges, Assets, Quotes, Sales Opportunities and more.
These reminder notes are private so only you see them. You can easily schedule the note to pop a reminder within RangerMSP app, and also to be emailed to you (using the Alerts to Employees module on a specific time!
