Hello Support

Recently we bought “Customer Scheduled Reports” add-on, and I’m trying to test the system, but we can’t get it to work.

We have followed the tutorial and guide form CommitCRM wiki, but nothing helps.

We need to implement customer scheduled report in CommitCRM to only send last month “Billable Charges” to all subscribes who have Billable Charges.
We have attached pics of settings.

Please advise and help us.

Thank you for posting this.

We reviewed the settings on the screenshots you attached and all should work well.

Have you restarted the 'CRM Server' service after installing the license and turning the Report Scheduler ON?

In case you have not - please do and let us know.

Yes, multiple times. And every time we update the rapports changes, we restarted "CommitCRM Server" service on server. But rapports are not created or sent by mail.

We may need to review the log files.

Please zip the folder <installation_folder>\Logs and email it to us (Support@) or share over Drive/Dropbox.
