View Full Version : How to open the original mail for automatically created tickets

When using the Email Connector, this module pulls incoming emails from your mailboox, and creates tickets in the system from these emails. The original email is always saved in the system together with the ticket for future reference. This way you can easily access the original email from within the ticket window.

When opening the ticket details in RangerMSP for tickets which were created via the Email Connector you will find a link which opens the original email, right next to the ticket description. Clicking on the link will open the original email with all attachment and images as were sent by the customer.

This is very helpful as it saves you the need to drag the original ticket and save it as a RangerMSP document - the email is already automatically linked to the ticket!
