So CommitCRM is randomly crashing when trying to set things up in contracts and also gives an error pretty much everyday upon first launch. Getting error numbers 6420 and 5041... Trying to pin down...

It appears that the Ticket# shows up on the actual QB invoice. It simply does not display when creating the invoice within CommitCRM.

Since upgrading to 7.0 we are unable to add the Ticket number to the description when creating a QuickBooks invoice.
QuickBooks Invoice -> "incl. in Description" -> Ticket
All other options work...

Aww, shame about Mike at Equus he was a great Rep. No wonder I haven't been able to get a reply from sales in over 2 weeks! With Mike I usually had a response in an hour or two.
