I was wondering if there are significant improve on the web interface! could anyone give me a quick feedback on the web interface in version 5 beta? thanks

unfortunately the customer has their own system in place and they can't change that.
any other method i can use? such as comparing the email subject with existing tickets?

Thanks, i did that before and i end up with tabs that i no longer want, or fields i want that are not available. now i can't delete them or don't know how.

Hi just a word on this. I get duplicate emails with the following format.
ASMBIT job# 123 <client name>
Now, the only thing that is different is the job # however i could be receiving the same job...

how about a template field? that way we can add as many templates as we want and the contents. everytime we click on the template name it will fill the resolution fill with the text.

is there any additional information on how to use the "tabs" + "fields" in the new tab? it will be nice to have a demonstration video on how to use it, as it will really help to customize CommitCRM...

it'll be good for us to choose which fields we want to sync with outlook calendar, what we want to sync with tasks. that way it's fully customized. like commitcrm itself, very flexible system.

Hi,
When schedule a job in dispatcher. Then sync it to outlook.

That's okay, that's where you set a status "public" or "internal" on the document.
That will trigger whether they will be able to see the document or not. simple. am sure ur pogrammer can do this in...

There's a couple of quickbooks version i saw in the store.
which version is it exactly that is fully compatible? i might as well take a dive and convert to quickbooks for easy management.

yeah that feature is available, i do want the customer to be able to download some information themself though. however more sensitive information will not be accessible to them without a password....
