Thank You!!! This resolved my issue.
Now next is there a way to delete more than one ticket in the tickets tab? Or do I have to do it one at a time?

Is there an option to exclude an employee(s) from not receiving the support emails?
I tried removing the users email address but they were able to still get the support email.

We use the email connector for all of our clients and have no issue when clients email our support address which will generate a ticket for them and forward the email to the client.
