Can you check something for me - when it freezes next time, go straight into "My Computer" and look at your mapped network drives. Do they have a red "X" on them?

Some of the other PSA systems allow you to send out a survey when each ticket is completed.
Is there any way CommitCRM can do that?

I don't use the alerts service myself. But I imagine you'd use an email to SBS gateway service. They would give you an email address like <mobile_number>@smsgateway.com. You could configure that as...
