Need 'Ticket Status' for billing purposes

We have both the Technicians and the Customer web form - most of our clients don't like to use the Customer web tool - they feel it is too restrictive. Our techs hate using the web tool in the field...

We are also an Australian based IT company and are eagerly awaiting a CommitCRM CRM - MYOB link. The double-handling of billing/charges is very time consuming at present.
