Our Logs and Tmp folders are filled with very old files. In Logs there's stuff going back to 2014 and in Tmp there's stuff from 2005!
Can we safely prune these?

In much the same way there is a "Done" checkbox for appointments could we get a "close associated ticket" checkbox on the charge labor screen? It would sure be a time saver.

30 minutes is decent but please consider adding some type of control for this.
Also, can you confirm that Outlook has to be open and sitting on the calendar page for this tool work?
