Tasks:
When marking task as complete in outlook (much quicker and easier than in commit) the update to CommitCRM just adds 'completed in outlook' to the task it doesnt actually close off and complete...

we get around this by creating a new ticket for the 'site visit' with the time charged on it and stating everything done whilst there and then on the other tickets putting a charge of no hours...

Want to be able to run a report that gets the account information including things out of custom fields as well as be able to get asset details. Basically it will be for generating full site...

Is it possible when adding a linked object field to make assets the only selectable item? like have linked asset field instead of linked objects?
