I would LOVE to see this added as well. I've actually considered changing our CRM because of this. All of our competitors have a portal that does this. A lot of them use Connect Booster.

We use N-Able and have the N-Able RMM link for Ranger, however we turned it off and stopped using it because it was causing ticket/notification overload. We haven't used it in years but I imagine it...

I would love to see this added. There's 3rd party solutions that do it, but not as nice as it would be if it was all in one portal.

I too tried Autotask, and what made me find another solution (COMMIT) was that it was just overly complicated. My impression of Autotask was that it is a generic solution.
