I'm a bit disappointed that this thread has been abandoned.
Have there been any changes in MSP contract abilities in CommitCRM since the thread?

We used CommitCRM a few years ago, but moved away because there wasn't a way to handle Managed Service contracts.

Set that up and it's testing GREAT, but the system wont send responses even though all tests are working fine. We're getting the error popping up:
Error Code: 501

We use the hosted Kaseya platform, and they DON'T allow you to format the alert emails! How stupid is that!
Does this mean we are stuck not being able to integrate Kaseya andCommitCRM?

I use a HOSTED exchange mailbox and can't change this setting :-(
