When I click to send Email from CommitCRM Account form, it redirects me to outlook, after entering details in outlook email and when I click send button then annoying window pop ups and says enter...

The CmtDbEng.dl file is there but CommitCRM.exe file is in Client folder. still I am getting error. Please help me to solve this error.
