Is there an interface add on to route and update tickets to technicians using an windows mobile phone or pocket pc? If not this would be a very useful feature. I am not talking about the web...

Is there anyway to pass a ticket parameter to a website with online services? I take alot of work orders through online marketplaces such as onforce.com

I would like to be able to put the ticket id...
