Is there anyway to be able to have a automatic phone system to have the customer press in a contract number to setup a support ticket? then pass a email/Message to the techs on call.

The online maps are a great feature... but it would be great if you can have the route for multiple jobs within the dispatcher screen. When assigning to calls per employee, be able to click maps...

The upgrade was good. but please address the bugs with the Refresh button. It get annoying when hitting refresh it always go to top of the list. Why cant it stay on the ticket you are working on? or...

It would be nice if we could the dispatch tickets list on the weekly screen. Also, have tasks show on the dispatch calander window.
