@CommitCRM Support Great trick!!! :) Just found the "Rename/Share" option in filters so I don't have to have everyone build their own filters!

Hi Everyone,
We finally got CommitCRM up and running and had to go through the grueling processing of getting exporting / importing all our tickets into CommitCRM from our old helpdesk solution....

Like what you have so far, does this pull right from CommitCRM's Database? Also does the Invoicer post history notes to the specific accounts so there will be a history log?

I had this problem today as well so your not alone. I had to close out of Commit and then log back in and it's working now for me too. I think the computers brains got scrambled! :P
