When I run the utility there's a dedicated Port entry field just below the SMTP Host entry. Maybe we're using a different release. Maybe you should try contacting CommitCRM support directly.

OK, I just fount what I did. You should run the ServerConfig.exe utility and modify the SMTP port. I think that you should then restart the email connector service.

We also use a different port for SMTP and were able to modify it using the email connector configuration utility.
