It will send alerts from CommitCRM when it receives a ticket generated by an under user using the 'Support Ticket' part of the agent. I had the same problem except I just can't remember how I fixed...

You end up with duplicate entry without integration. There is no way to pull account information into the quote software so you end up having to re-enter it.

Does CommitCRM have the capability to integrate with another service that isn't hosted on the same network? Somehow I don't think it is possible. I am sure they will correct me if I am wrong. :)

I would suggest using a WHOIS search that is not a registrar. Try the following:

Do these PHP drivers need to be installed installed on the server? If so, I doubt that would be possible for many people that use shared hosting instead of a VPS or dedicated server.

Why does this happen? I've seen people respond from their "Blackberry" email accounts so I can see it being a problem for that reason.

Let's add to that list when creating secondary users the option of pulling the address from the main account record. I second both of the password requests as I made them previously myself. :)

Yes, LabTech agent's "Support Ticket" link does create CommitCRM tickets. There are lots of little settings to worry about in order to get it to work.

I currently have 44 pages of alerts in LabTech...

If you are running LabTech and CommitCRM on the same box on Windows 2008 Server, I can probably help. CommitCRM better work on a SOAP API because the integration is truly painful.

The LabTech agent can create tickets inCommitCRM. It works for me. Tickets are created in both places which hopefully will be changed because I don't want to have to keep clearing out the LabTech...

I have successfully received tickets submitted via the LabTech agent intoCommitCRM. It works so it must be a configuration problem on your end.
