Yes, we synced to Outlook, then to Google, but is a pain, and unreliable solution, requiring the PC, Outlook, and CommitCRM to be open.

I see also the problem of new tickets. For existing tickets though, I think the system should work off of the TKT in the subject.

By default on a ticket under the Email Recipients tab the Account Manager and Ticket Manager are listed - eg. <Account Manager: Bob>

This does *not* mean the Account Manager (Bob) will receive these...
