I've had issues in the past where restarting the CommitWebInterface allowed me to continue with the backup after it hung at the logging off users. Hasn't happened to me in a long time, though.

I've seen no easy way to do it. What would be nice would be some sort of a subticket related to each asset that needs to be linked to the ticket. Or allow charges to be linked to a given asset...
