Just wondered what people was doing for remote backup.

We currently use SecurStore but I am not all that impressed an it is expensive.

I personally think you should put your mobile on your card. It adds a personal touch. Just tell the clients to ring the landline number for support or print a support number on the card aswell.

We have a similar problem. We are updating our SBS server to SBS 2008 soon as was planing on using SharePoint to create a support portal with passwords. Links to logs and forums etc.

A Sage Link would save me hours of time each month. I also think you could get a good price for this and it may sway more UK service providers to use the product.

Is it possible for clients to get and email via the alert connector when one of the following happens.

1. Create a ticket
2. Edit/Update Ticket
3. Close a ticket
