I have noticed that on several occasions the save function does not complete. The page just hangs half way through. Only solution is to close the page and loose all the data that the tech has...

When you setup autosynch can it be made to work in the background? The workstation is unusable while synching is happening.

Isn't there any way to make synch happen on the server?

Is there a way to make the dispatcher calendar have Sunday as the left most column and Saturday be the right most column. It becomes very confusing having the calendar with Monday on the left.

I am the system admin for the entire domain. I have all permissions on the mail server etc, yet if I tell CommitCRM to synch all, I receive errors telling me that it cannot find folders

Is there any way to have the synch automated? It appears that it only works if a user launches the utility, and doesn't synch if everyone is logged out.

Is there a way that one admin can setup for all the users to be synched? It appears that each user needs to log into the LAN version to set it up.
