Hi Nathan, I'm in Oz too. We switched from MYOB because of the CommitCRM integration. We pay for the annual Reckon subscription license which means that you have to keep installing the new version....

Thanks Dina, yes it does help.
In the end I did it with Field one, that seems to be the easiest one for the techs to use to code the charges.
