It could be very usufull if you will add another email field for a contact
many people use more then one address and their emails are not being processed by the email connector...

I was hoping that the new version (6.0.0.3) will include this feature but I could not find it under contact details

it is better to get the case re-opened then to loose feedback from the user

Hi,
I am trying to filter tickets by the contact of the ticket and get only the list of the accounts (rather the contacts)
This can be very useful to track down a specific ticket rather manually look...
