Refresh token has expired due to inactivity. Token issues on 2020-12-18 and was inactie for 90.

Doesn't it check every day? How was it inactive for 90 days (i assume)?

Is there something I can do...

The domain is listed in the account as the primary email account and under email2 as @allegialtd.com.

This happens with multiple accounts. An index issue with all of them?

It does not work with just the @domain in the subject line even with other words in the subject. I just tried:

@domain.com email password

and got this back:

Previously, when we wanted to attach an email to an existing ticket, we send it to ranger and put (only) the ticket number in the subject line.

After the upgrade will this still work?

The bigger we get, the more things in ranger that can only be done by high level managers.

Please look at adding the options to allow users to set tokens as high as the privilege they have. Thanks.
