I have found the CommitCRM team more thorough, helpful and responsive than any other software vendor I have worked with.

I haven't tried it lately, but I think CommitCRM will help you remove...

Thanks. I tried the "drag the synced task in MS Outlook and drop it in your calendar" method and it works. It would nice to be able to have that as a "more actions" option from the task inCommitCRM.

Is there a way to change a task to an appointment besides "cut and paste" or making a new ticket and dispatching it to the calendar?

I also when editing a task I found that I was accidentally clicking on Done when I intended to just click on OK.

If I understand the question as it was intended, I had a similar question. Any Outlook contact that I did not want to appear as a CommitCRM account, I just marked as private in Outlook.

I am amazed at how quickly CommitCRM synchs with Outlook. The popup has not bothered me.
