We also use combofix. Lately we have been using Kaspersky's TDSSKiller app since a large persentage of malware is TDSS based and it is so fast at detecting and removing the rootkit.

We just switched to GFI from Zenith. We didn't use the help desk stuff from Zenith so we didn't miss it going to GFI.

What I can say about GFI is that they are very responsive to feature requests....
